Bored Games LLC will count all rental items at delivery and at pick up from your site. We will make every attempt to locate all items and will promptly notify you if any are missing. Should an item not be returned at the end of the rental period, you will be charged the replacement cost for the item. Should you later find that item and return it to us in good condition, we will be glad to refund this charge.

 

• Late Charges: A late fee will applied if items are not returned or made available for pickup within the agreed-upon timeframe.
   

• Responsibility & Liability 
  Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer assumes all risks and responsibilities for the use and operation of the rented items.

• Damages & Injury:

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to the items or bodily injury (including death) that occurs during their use.
    Additional Charges 

    • Setup/Takedown: Unless arranged and paid for in advance, setup and takedown services are not included in the rental fee and will incur additional charges.

    • Labor: Extra labor for delays, difficult delivery locations, or other reasons is charged at an hourly rate.

    • Loss/Damage: Charges apply for lost items or damage to our products and services.
